Paper St.: ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ I always love the place with clear window facing the busy street. The place is small, so either there are not so many people, or it looks like it’s gonna explode… The coffee is nice. I like the lemon cake. (MRT Zhongxiao Xinshan)
Milkglider Latteartist Unity: ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ Absolutely surprised by their coffee, single origin. They call it Wine on the menu. The flavour was incredible and I guess I can temporarily give up my alcoholic ego and switch to coffee person. (I went by Bus 902)

Orange Cafe: ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ Amazing Earl Grey milk tea and bagel! I like their cozy setting and finally it’s not the industrial-style interior! They have things of different styles and the natural light has created a comfortable good vibe. (MRT Shilin)
Little Junkie: ♥ ♥ ♥ Another popular place and always crowded. I felt that it has become a part of the community and not just a hipster place. The setting are way more interesting than its food. (MRT Taipei Arena)
Cafe 515: ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ It’s getting hard to find a simple but not tacky cafe in the city and finally there it is. They serve meals besides dessert and coffee but, well, the taste is just fine. So honestly, it wouldn’t surprise me this much if it’s not in the busiest shopping district. A great place to rest (MRT Zhongxiao Fuxing)
Cafe 8mm: ♥ ♥ ♥ A pretty small place. The chocolate was rich like it was almost consolidated lol (MRT Gongguan)
All day roasting company: ♥ ♥ ♥ Their industrial style interior is kind of famous. I especially love the the shared table at the back. Meal comes with free coffee refill. The vibe is good. (Went by bus 902)
Joco Latte: ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ They have excellent selection of single product and the taste is always fluent and smooth. The yam chips are nowhere alike! (MRT Zhongshan Jr. High School)
Coffee Essential (民生工寓): ♥ ♥ I still don’t get the idea of making a reservation at a cafe. Nothing really impressed me. It must be the weather. (Went by bus) Oh but I was happy that they allowed me to change my seat three times until my friend got here and made the decision.
Coffee Megane (眼鏡咖啡): ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ This is a small cafe without unnecessary decoration, which is perfect! Clean and quiet and everything just neat.The rice ball was delicious. (Went by bus) (MRT Xinyi Anhe)
Homey’s Cafe: ♥ ♥ ♥ It’s just comfortable sitting in there and someone the interior makes me easy to concentrate. A little bit noisy though, when every group on kind of discussing something in a perfect enthusiasm… The most special thing about this cafe is the balcony seats. Not sure if that’s the smoking area but gotta sit there next time. It’s still rare to find a open air area in Taipei. (MRT Zhongxiao Dunhua)

Bison: ♥ I don’t know what was wrong that day I visited here. Probably because of the price? I don’t think it worth it.
Fujin Tree 355: ♥ ♥ ♥ The food was above average and they carry a collection of foreign-made tea and also offer milk tea made thereof. The ambience was wierd though. Not in a bad way. But I don’t feel fit or comfortable.
Toast Chat: ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ Regular customer. Another cafe with cats. Few of them are… always overly excited but generally they are nice and quiet and probably don’t want you to bother them either. Their food are awesome. I had never been disappointed. Good place for studying, chatting, reading. (MRT SYS Memorial Hall)
Good Cho: ♥ ♥ It’s too hipster too noisy and the lighting is a problem. Other than that, the food has its quality and the pricing is reasonable. (MRT 101/World Trade Center)
Grassphere: ♥ ♥ The air was not flowing, it stopped with the time. If they could turn on the air conditioner a bit more, I guess I would love to stay here longer cause they have really good tea latte with beautiful dense foam. Dessert was okay. Not impressive.
Dousun Cafe: ♥ ♥ This cafe opens till 3 a.m. The cafe brews their own coffee and they carries their own product as well. But I mean, if you like self-brewed coffee, there are plenty of choices out there.
Laku Laku: ♥ ♥ ♥ They open at 1 p.m. The street outside was quiet and you can stay as long as you want. I don’t absolutely feel like marking it as a regular check-in place even though it is close. This is a problem with most of the cafes in Taipei. Their spaces are small and tables are close to each other. Even though the staffs or the table next to mine didn’t do anything wrong, I still can’t feel relaxed. Thus these places would, to me, turn out to deliver an unfriendly, dense and restless ambience.
